Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These terms apply to the Sayvo app and the service behind it. By using Sayvo you agree to them. If you got Sayvo from the App Store, Apple's standard licence applies as well.

In short. Sayvo transcribes and translates what you share with it. Translations are made by machine and can be wrong. Subscriptions are bought and managed through Apple or Google, and you can cancel them at any time there. Use Sayvo only for messages you have the right to share.

1. The service

Sayvo turns voice messages, videos and texts into text and translates them, using a third-party provider (see the privacy policy). Transcriptions, translations and summaries are produced automatically and may contain mistakes. Do not rely on them alone where a mistake would matter, such as medical, legal or financial decisions.

2. Free plan and Premium

3. Payments, renewals and cancelling

4. Your content and how you use Sayvo

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Sayvo available, but it depends on the internet and on third-party services, and may at times be slow or unavailable. We may change, add or remove features. We may limit or stop access for an installation that breaks these terms or abuses the service.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

Sayvo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by an inaccurate transcription or translation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Using Sayvo after a change means you accept the new terms.
